NCBA Construction Law Section Annual Meeting to Take Place September 2018

As a Co-Chair of the CLE Committee for the North Carolina Bar Association’s Construction Law Section, Nancy S. Litwak is currently planning the Construction Law Section’s Annual Meeting, to occur in September 2018.

Erik M. Rosenwood will be a speaker at the conference and is slated to speak on the intersection of code violations and liability among parties involved in construction disputes. Erik will also discuss code review and how to obtain governmental approval for items within the scope of relevant code provisions.
