Carl Burchette Appointed Chair of the NCBA Construction Law Section

Rosenwood Rose is pleased to congratulate Carl Burchette on his appointment as Chair of the Construction Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. The NCBA is made up of legal professionals within the state of North Carolina. The Construction Law Section is concerned with issues including public and private contracting, development, insurance and claims, mechanics’ liens and bonds, construction defects, and OSHA compliance and subcontracting. Carl began his term this year and will serve as section Chair until 2023.

One function of the Construction Law Section is to provide the members of the NCBA with two construction-related CLEs per year. This year, the NCBA is partnering with the South Carolina Bar Association to put on a joint CLE in Charleston. Most of our firm will be there, and we hope to see you as well!
