JULIA BRADSHAW
BIO
Julia’s experience encompassed a wide array of practice areas, focusing on general civil and commercial litigation. Throughout her career, she has represented a diverse clientele in both State and Federal Courts, including individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. She has also provided legal
counsel to product manufacturers, contractors, developers, individuals who have suffered personal injuries, and insurance companies.
Julia is an experienced litigator who creatively and successfully works toward the best resolution for her clients in and out of the courtroom. She has successfully handled cases involving business disputes, insurance disputes, construction disputes, product defect litigation, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability litigation.
A Pawleys Island native, Julia received her BA in Government from Wofford College and her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Prior to moving to Charlotte and joining Rosenwood Rose, Julia performed the same type of legal work in Charleston, South Carolina.
