REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS

 

• Obtained a multi-million dollar arbitration award for Harrah’s Cherokee on a construction defect claim involving precast concrete parking garages.

• Obtained a multi-million dollar settlement on behalf of a private equity group on a mixed-use development experiencing water intrusion in the residential condominium tower and structural issues at the parking deck.

• Obtained a defense verdict ($0) on behalf of an architect on a nearly one million dollar claim for breach of the standard of care.

• Obtained dismissal on summary judgment on behalf of an architect on a multi-million dollar claim for breach of the standard of care and professional negligence.
